•         inspection carried out 
•         Electrical Installation Condition Reports (required for rental & mortgage purposes or just safety peace of mind)
•         Visual Inspection Reports (no testing included with this report)

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL WORKS CARRIED OUT WILL BE THOROUGHLY TESTED & THE RELEVANT CERTIFICATION WILL BE ISSUED ACCORDINGLY
